as a mother of 2 girls 16 and 12 . ir eally think this is not a good idea to teach your little girl looks are everything ! my 16 year old worries so much about her weight her clothes ... my 12 year old already tell me shes fat and this worries me so much ! I dont want my girls thinking that you are nothing unless you're pretty ! It was hard enough when i was a teen .... looking at magazines and seeing models on tv... stressing because i wasnt the perfect 5'10 and 90 lbs ... let your little girl be a little girl ! let her play in the mud and sit and play house with her , teacher her manner and respect for others ..... that makes for a beautiful little girl ! good luck
I have tried to get my daughter into modeling and the most important thins I can tell you is: don't pay for anything. It's one thing to pay alittle for headshots but do not pay an agency to represent you or pay to enter your kid into a contest. It's all a scam. Also, the chance of your child actually getting a job, no matter how adorable it is, are slim to none. Don't let them pump you up and get you excited so you pay them, it just doesn't work that way and you are the one that gets screwed.
