Internet Fraud

I just signed to an agency and also do freelance modeling, but most jobs I find are either scams or raunchy, which I'm not willing to do. Does anyone have advice on where to go for legitimate castings or auditions?

Ask your modeling agency to verify the scams and the real jobs and make sure that they know you don't want to do raunchy modelings. If they say you have to do a revealing shoot and you refuse. Quit that place a find a new agency.

You should get references from other clients and check them out. That is the safest thing to do. If they aren't willing to provide references, they are not on the up and up.

you need to get an agent. it's there job to know what each job is about.

Yep, avoid modeling, it's full of pervs! Seriously stick 2 word of mouth recommendations from reliable sources. Ask people who do know & I do hope U don't attract All The Pervs with your question.

well girl, i wish you luck. i've had modeling offers too but i've turned them all down, becuase of the same problem that you are having. basically what i can say is stick to what you beleive, and something will turn up for you. i can't think of anybody off the top of my head, but if i come accross any, i'll for sure let you know about em ok? good luck chica!

100% true. i was a model in my teens. my mother went to an established and reputable firm and stopped answering newspaper ads.
