There is no stopping it. Just be careful where you put your email address. Not all web sites are safe. Just keep hitting the SPAM button. Don't open mail that you are not familiar with. That lets them know your address is active. We are all living with this mess. Especially now at the holidays. Whatever you do, don't unsubscribe to any of it. It makes it worse.

Spam can't be eliminated but it can be reduced by using various tools & changing some behavior.
