avoid scams Question And Answer
I am looking to start a healthy diet plan and have no idea where to start to avoid scams. Help me?
We want to eat healthy but don't have a lot of money for all organic foods, etc., and we don't want any fad diets. Just looking for some simple recipie ideas, or helpful hints. Mainly we want to lose some weight and lower cholestrol, blood pressure, etc. So we need ideas for all meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner and maybe even some snack ideas for people who love salty and sweet but are sick of the extra poundage? THANK YOU!!!!

I've been on a extremely healthy diet for over two years now. The things I've gained in health are too many to list.
I bought a book called, "Seven Steps to Ultimate Health" and am very happy I did read it as well as follow it to the letter.
well i would start of buy drinking A LOT of water....a gallon a day is great.....my parents invested 100$ in a juicer and LOVE IT.....making fresh apple, carrot, orange, or anything juice is raelllllly healthy and much better than the stuff at the stores....good luck
The simplest diet is the best diet. Start eating fresh fruits and vegetables, grains, nuts, and the original diet described in the Bible. (Believe it or not, this is the best diet!!! No meat.) Also, my sister just found a book on ebay about the Zone diet. It's pretty close to the original diet, and it's the missing link...no high carb/low carb diet, no high protein/low protein diet...just good healthful eating with wonderful recipes. She bought the books for a penny a piece, and for the first time in her life, she is losing weight. I started eating right 30 years ago, using only the diet listed in the Bible (Look in the old testament as to clean and unclean foods), and I have been able to maintain a healthy life, decent figure, and have felt better, look younger than anyone in my family. I'm 54. Most people think I'm in my 30's!!! So yes, this diet is the best!!! The original diet is fruits, nuts, grains, and vegetables...no meat...not even fish, and especially no sea food or any of the unclean foods listed. We figure that God made our bodies, so He knows what's best to take care of them...which is why he gave us instructions on what and what not to eat.
