Where do I search for a modeling agent for my 2 yr. old. I am in Detroit MI & I want to avoid the scams.?
I have a 2 yr. old african american son. I need a reputable agent in michigan near Detroit. I have been scamed once. I am looking for print ad work mostly.

Give it up! Let your 2 year old...be just that!
I think your best bet would be just to keep your son away from the business altogether.
Don't exploit your children. And, you will never be able to tell the scammers away from the true ones. If they want any money upfront for any type of fees, get out of there as fast as you can!
Look in the yellow pages for advertising agencies. Call them, and ask them what modeling agencies they work with when they do ads with children.
Once you have the names of a couple of reputable modeling agencies, call them and ask when would be a good time to come by so they can see your son. Ask them what kind of pictures you need to bring with you. Good agencies are always looking for new talent, and they will not charge you money or try to sell you classes.
is it you or your son that waants to do the modeling. don't rush him into something just because you want it for him
