As long as you can prove that he gave you the number I don't think there's anything you can do. It's all hollow threats by the looks of it.
Wow, sounds like this was a bad relationship to begin with. Why would you use a credit card and accept gifts from someone online? Jeepers. If he added your address to his credit card then I highly doubt he can charge you with fraud as that proves you had permission to use it. He doesn't sound very stable.
I don't see how he can accuse and even try to get you for credit card fraud. He is the only one that could authorize you as a user. If he gave you the credit card number in an email...definitely keep it. I really don't see that he has anything on you. Good to know just what kind of a manipulative backstabbing guy he is before tying the knot with him.
Can I have this guys e-mail address?? Any dude who gives me a credit card number is HOT! lol No, he can't charge you with anything. He should be charged with stupidity for giving out his card number to a stranger....
If he added you to the account and you have documentations, emails, letters that state he did indeed give you his credit card number to use for you use, they I believe that his accusations are unfounded. I would get a lawyer ASAP and talk to him about it, he will know more about this matter. The quicker you get on this, the better! Even if he hasn't officially charged you yet. Good luck and I hope that helps!
I would max his card out! LMAO!
