In fact, I didn't know I will have one because when I applied credit card I was a student. They said due to I don't have any income, so they can't give me credit card. And I moved to LA(I lived in KS before). Therefore, I try to explain my situation to them and told them I never received it and used it . They said they will investigate and they already closed the account. However, last Friday they said My accound fraud has been denied. And they want me pay the money. What should I do?? Thanks you guys helps. The answer let me feel better. They are keeping threnten me like my credit will become low and payment will increase every month. I just went to BOA to ask for the proof like singanature etc. But they told me all I can do is to pay the money. How can I do. I feel so desparated.

if you did not charge something, you are not responsible. sounds like your a victim of fraud. call the 3 major credit bureaus and have them put a fraud alert on your credit report.
Go below, it is the FTC complaint form for fraud.

DO NOT PAY!! You call them and request a copy of the approved application of said credit card, the closed account, and any other valid written/photo information they have. (including your signature) Explain that you intend to seek legal advice concerning this matter since you never had a credit card and have been denied credit because of 'lack of income'. If it is a fraud, it will stop. If it's not, then demand that they investigate this further or you will sue them.
I agree ask for PROOF your signature, the charges and where they were done if the card was used over the phone or swiped in the machine especially if you were not even in that state how could you swipe the card.Just because they are a big bank dont let them give you the run around
Sounds like you need a credit attorney. You can find one at this site: http://www.1-800BadCredit.com
