card fraud Question And Answer

Credit Card Fraud? Please help!!?

Hello, I have been using godaddy.com for stuff a couple days. I have only purchased 2 items on godaddy.com, which was Hosting plan-1 year for $38(with 10% off) and $8 domain. I even have the receipt for them. Then one day all my family was at work and at school. I didnt and my parents didnt even use the credit card that day!! Then that day(when I was at school and parents at work), one employee got my credit card(it was employee they found)(even found him). He made 20 purchases on godaddy.com and he charged my credit card for $10,000!!! I didnt even purchase it and the cc company said that it was a fraud and all purchases on cc was from godaddy.com!!! Then my daddy, called godaddy and FINALLY they gave me a refund for that $10,000. So im safe. My dad canceled godaddy account and all credit cards. Im safe but is there a way I can get revenge for this and what do you think about this? Thank you. :)

"get revenge"? what are you, 10 years old? get over it and be glad you got a refund this time. don't use your credit card online again.
Notify the authorities and have an investigation launched.
I assure you the credit card company is doing it already. You've done your bit. There is nothing else for you to do, except warn people about GoDaddy.
The matter's been resolved. Let it lie.
"Vengeance is mine" sayeth the credit card company and law enforcement.
You do not need any further help, your dad made sure that your money was refunded. As long as you have reported this to the people in charge at godaddy, as well as the Better Business Bureau; you have done all that you can do in this case. You cannot get revenge, that is childish and wrong. The only being that is able to have revenge is God. You will only be bringing bad Karma back on yourself by attempting to get revenge. Have a good day.
The person is probably going to jail since they caught him/her? What more do you want? You might want to go grow up.
With credit card fraud you must always contact the police and file a report. Your cc co. should have told you that. Also, they will track it all down and determine who did it. In the mean time it is not all refunded, it's in dispute and doesn't count toward your credit limit. If they don't find it to be fraudulent it will be put back on your card.
Revenge will get you more trouble. Just chalk it up to a learning experience.
