Felony on H1 visa status- result ?
Its about my friend's gf, if a felony is committed on H1 visa status and reported to Fraud Prevention Unit and USCIS, will consequences of this misdeed on her visa. Will this affect her H1 or green card application?
If under the current law the felony has a maximum sentence of two or more years, will she deported or arrested?

Well, I think she will get arrested. But I hope they deport her ASAP. How dare someone go to another country to commit felonies. So RUDE. Felonies are meant to be committed on your own people.
She will probably be arrested if she is caught. If she is prosecuted and found guilty, more than likely she will be deported and could possible serve time in her originating country. The US has seriously cracked down on immigrants since 9-11.
