Visit Visa to US. I need to pay Rs.21000 as blanket..?
When I check on US consulate site it is given Rs.4200 for fee
Fraud Prevention Fee (Blanket L1) Rs.21000/=
I don't understand this, whether I have to pay this 21000 also
or what for this...?

You must pay the Fraud Prevention Fee if you are the principle L-1 applicant (you are the transferring employee), and you are utilizing a blanket l-1 petition.
The application fee is $100. You do the conversion.
