Internet Fraud

It has been 3 weeks since I ordered 2-units of celphone from SKTelecoms a.k.a kenelectronicsltd@hotmail.com in UK, but until now i havent received the items yet. The negotiation was thru a msn chat and the payment was made thru Western union. He told me that I have to pay another since he doubled the quantity of my order with one free (for a total of 5 celphones) because of their change in minimum order policy. Am I a victim of an internet fraud? Can I get my money that I paid to him? In what proper authorities should I call for help?

I would say your out of luck. Unless you can really track this person down and do all the work yoruself most authorities wont do much unless it is for a large sum of money like over 5000. I got scamed for 3000 and there was no help to be had. Sorry just write it off to a lesson learned

I don't know but I do know that there is a SK Telecoms but they are out of Korea not the UK. Good Luck

Kens Electronic unlimited--> that seems to be a scam. I am unsure of legal action here. With some investigation one can find out the IP that frequents the kenelectronicsltd@hotmail.com account. and western union may be of help identifying the receiver account. A police officer may be of some help (don’t call 911)
