internet fraud Question And Answer
Can I file internet fraud? Please help!?
I was trading with this person, and i have shipped out couple of authentic designer purses. The rules on that site is you have to send out first if you are new, which I am. I shipped my items, about 3 weeks ago, and i still havent heard from her. I know she's online because she posts new items in her list.
If i file mail fraud, will she get arrested? I dont want that to happen, i just want her end, or get my items back. Please help

Good thing it is just material possession of this planet.
U should of never mailed it out.
Guess u can file if u got proof
Did she even receive the goods?
was this makeupalley.com by any chance? I was ripped off by someone on this site...
Yes you can file mail fraud charges...provided you have proof that you mailed these items to her and that she received them. I always sent everything registered so that the person would have to sign for it to receive the package...
I would send her a threatening email. Tell her she has three days to either send you back the purses, or you will file mail fraud charges on her...and DO IT if she won't follow through. Theives shouldn't be allowed to get away w/ the way they treat people! Teach her a lesson!!!
I had someone suggest this to me once and it worked. Tell her you want your items back or whatever the resolution is that you want. Let her know that she has a day or two to comply or you will begin watching her auctions and emailing all her bidders and telling them what your experience was with her. I had won some high end glasses which turned out to be counerfeit and another buyer emailed me with this suggestion and it worked. Good Luck.
I would consult with an Attorney or do research on documents in which you can file a complaint. Take a close look at the sites below. One of them will assist you in your efforts to take back what is yours.
