Dang it, if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I am sorry that this has happened to you, maybe others will learn from your mistake. I am sorry that I can not help you futher. I would gather all of the paperwork I could regarding any transactions that happened.
Although in court "Ignorance is no excuse" the courts are aware of scams and they rarely put "you" in jail. You are likely to be placed on formal probation & a payment plan to repay the money however...I just received almost $4000 in counterfiet money orders and was told by the FBI that the Secret Service and Homeland Security have juristiction, but niether seem to be interested in even contacting me back to try & catch these people...As far as charges are concerned : DON'T just plead guilty to what you are first charged with, DA's WILL make you a deal concidering the circumstances...I'm a single dad of a 29 month old son & have no living family so I was leary of this being a scam from the begining...Next time, be more carefull hun...Good luck!!! Relax...You'll be OK...
