How do you report internet scams? It is illigal right?
I hear about these dating scams and roommate scams on the news all the time where people from different countries try to get you to send them money, or they send you fake cashiers checks then ask for a refund. Iv gotten a few email scams, if it's illigal how can I report these people?

theres really nothing u can do unless if u got an email then u email the email website and then they will probally check it out
This is a very tricky area. Most of these sites are on the bare fringes of legality. So usually, there is not much you can do. The best you can do is report the url(web site) to the FBI. Hope this helps
