Does anyone know if these are individual involved in the internet scams?

Which individuals? Are you pointing at them? .

that one might be, the other one isn't, the one over there is a cop, that one there only sells carrots and has no internet but they caught him just the same, thanks for the 2 points.

Obviously, the wording of your question is a little too vague for people to give you a good answer to your question. However, I will try to decypher your question and give you an earest response... If you mean individuals as opposed to companies? Or if you mean individuals as opposed to some virus automatically sending emails? There is no automatic scam... even if a virus and/or worm corrupts a persons computer and does things by itself (like automatically sendin itself to your friends), an individual or group of individuals is behind it... because it had to be created somewhere. Depending on what the "payload" is would determine whether it's one person acting alone or many for financial gain. Most viruses are malicious in nature which means they do some harm to the files on your computer. However, a lot of the scams out that are designed to get your personal information are done for financial gain. Usually an individuals or group of individuals (like a company) are behind the sending of email scams such as emails you get saying you've won some UK lottery.
