If it involves a 419 scam you have to contact the secret service. Anything else use the link from previous post FBI.
P.S. you will never be contacted by a scam official unless you have been taken by someone who is under investigation. NEVER respond to a link in a mail. Always go directly to site mentioned or Google the company and report suspicious mails.
