how do i find out if someone posts regular scams online for gain of money or personal information?
is there a way to check scam lists in specific areas to see if person(s) run a scam regularly on unsuspected people online? isnt that against a law or something or is it addressee beware?

Its mostly by eyeing that particular user who you think is scamming using Anonymous websites.The suspect can usally be a person who you think is sending some scam continously for over 4-5 days.Then you can take action by blocking that user from your list or reporting to that website asking them to instantiate an action against that user.
