Online job scams and cyber crime?
we all know there are many sites for online jobs which are fraud and take your money but they nither give you job nor money.
does this come under cyber crime act, if yes how to do complaint about them in india. these site is indian

Most probably they are online scams.....I think there are more scam artists on the internet than there are legitimate people looking to hire workers. I would never send money or personal indentification information to anyone online.....just to be safe. Best of luck to you.
I believe that the laws are made and enforced by each country. That's why you can buy drugs on line (prescription) and the U.S. government cannot do anything about it. They are coming from another country.
