I'm a victim of phishing scam. How can I retrieve my account? They already changed the password of my account

contact the company right away. Let them know what happened.
Can you contact your bank?? Ask them to stop payment on the account that you have with them. If not. Cancel your bank account. They won't be able to withdraw anymore payments. Not sure about this payment currently they're scamming you for. Good Luck.
Contact the company (bank?) that the account is with ASAP and tell them.
Cancel all credit/debit cards NOW. Call your bank and tell them what's happened. Then, go to the actual website of where you thought you were (e.g. eBay, amazon, etc.) and find their phone number. Call them and they will cancel your account. The state of NC put out a great website on this: http://www.noscamnc.gov/

and advise them of what you need under contact us
thay should be able to help you retriving you're account and reset you're password so you can acces you're account.
